Terms of Service for Momentum Mail

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using the Momentum Mail service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Momentum Mail provides a tool to send personalized emails using your own Gmail account and contact lists from your Google Sheets. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy
You are solely responsible for the content of the emails you send. You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:
- To send unsolicited commercial emails, or "spam".
- To send content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or obscene.
- To distribute viruses or other malicious software.
- To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without notice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Momentum Mail or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount of zero dollars ($0), as the service is provided for free.
